We wanted to let you know that The Customer Success Newsletter is going on a hiatus (sabbatical, break, vacation, you get the idea)!
We've got a couple new projects kicking off, a baby due any day, and a CS org to run. Because of all that, this labor of love is going into the backlog for a bit.
We should be back soon when the dust settles. Thank you all so much for reading our humble newsletter and we hope you've gotten some useful nuggets over the past few years.
